The Abstract Memory

This series in acrylic on canvas embodies both preservation and loss of memory, as much of the original paintings have been covered by the top layer of circular windows, which become windows into the past. The background takes on fragmented forms, and what’s left are the moments that have stood out the most and merit being preserved.
